All rates are per person per night.

Reservation to be confirmed with Credit Card details or

50% deposit of the entire stay to be paid into our bank account.
Send an email or phone me to arrange for me to send you my banking details.

Please send Proof of payment to my email address : info@majorcahouse.co.za using your name as reference

Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.

Check out time is no later than 11h00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing

Cancellation on day of check-in: account is payable in full

Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of deposit

14 days, forfeit 75% of deposit

15 - 21 days, forfeit 50% of deposit

21 - 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.

Also note

Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
Any refunds passed will be at at the discretion of management and will be subject to a 5% Administration/ Bank charge Levy
