Reservations Policy
- Reservation to be confirmed with a Credit Card Number, expiry date and 3 digit security number
- A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation
- Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.
- Check out time is no later than 11h00 on the day of departure
NO PERSONS OTHER THAN THOSE CONFIRMED ARE PERMITTED IN THE BEDROOMS
Cancellations Policy
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing
- Day of check-in, account payable in full
- Less than 7 days , forfeit 100% of deposit
- 14 days, forfeit 75% of deposit
- 15-21 days, forfeit 50% of deposit
- 21-28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit

PREMATURE DEPARTURE:
Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
